My dear friend, Michalis Papyrakis, who I met when I was 15 years old on Crete, now operates a hotel on the Scaleta Beach, in Crete! So beautiful! Being in Greece was by far one of the best times of my life. I can't remember having better food--I practically lived on souvlaki!
